baby shower

i had our first baby shower over thanksgiving weekend with dad's family. i love them. all of my aunts and cousins were there (we had grandpa's 80th party that weekend too). it was held at my aunt kristen's home. we had delicious soups and salads, the best orange rolls from shirleys that i grew up with, and turtle brownies my aunt carolyn made. i felt so loved and down right spoiled. they all pitched in and got me the jogging stroller paul and i had been looking at, clothes, a wonderful bag filled with essentials i hadn't even thought of yet, the softest blanket my aunt julie made me, a bath sponge and a baby bouncer. i love my family, and more importantly, i love spending time with them. i am so grateful to be surrounded by all of these incredible women who love me, support me and pray for me. thank you! 7 weeks to go!!!
