our christmas

-paul's 102.4* temperature
-my wicked cold came at 2am christmas morning
-my 101.9* temperature
-woke up at 9am (not really asleep, just tired of coughing and blowing nose laying down)
-open presents at 10am, not registering what we are opening
-enjoy monkey bread and a lot of orange juice
-family photo at 3:30pm, eyes watering because of the sun/cold
-going through more tissue than i thought possible
-when paul wasn't coughing, i am coughing
-staying home all day (we were a sight to behold)
-skipped dinner at grandparents
-opened presents with family at night (since i don't blow my nose in public, i had to keep getting up to leave)
-hands are beyond dry from all the washing
-watch family video, love my family
-fall asleep just like that, but wake up coughing all.night.long!

Sorry you both were sick on Christmas. I got hit with it the day after... hope you feel better soon

and that sucks! I know it sounds funny, but vicks vaporub on your feet put socks on and go to bed, it really helps with the coughing.

Hi!
We all missed both of you on Christmas Day. Caughing really hurts I remember when I had that caughing spell for a year. Hope you are both feeling better. I know that you Ashlee were not able to take anything to help. Its so cold this morning. Grandpa tried to get the snow off the driveway but because of the ice he couldn't. We love ya forever.
